2010-Present Mokan Communications is a Telco interconnect company installing phone systems and data networking. 2008 – 2010 Dobson Communications was purchased by ATT Wireless. My system analyst responsibilities continued as noted below.1997–2008 Dobson Communication Oklahoma City, OK Senior Voice Integration Analyst. Manage communications for 250 retail outlets. Nortel switch manager for three call centers, totaling 1500 employees in three states. Manage vendor relations for “MAC” work associated with all moves, adds and changes. Managed $1.3 million call monitoring upgrade. Managed $750,000 wiring diagram for new corporate office. Managed $300,000 call pilot installation. Managed telecommunications for 150 seat call center build out. Managed five call center relocations in 10 years. Managed billing consolidation of all company communications.n Coordinated call center consolidations throughout the country, reducing the total number from six to three, cutting operating expenses by 50%. Engineered communications and data cabling for all relocations. Engineered and installed videoconference bridge solutions across four states with conference bridge over Internet protocol.

INTERESTS
Family is important to me. I have been married for over 25 years and have two sons and a daughter. I have been involved with scouting for 13 years, serving as Scoutmaster for one year, Cub Master for three years and Leader for nine years.I am very active in church and have been a youth leader for 15 years. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing and backpacking.
