Raceway Fill Practices

Since the NEC generally removes any raceway fill restrictions for low voltage and limited energy cables installed in raceways, is there another standard or rule-of-thumb practice that is employed for this issue?

Also, is there a standard or manufacturer's instruction provided for length of run without pull / junction boxes? What kind of pulling stress can typcial low voltage cables take, in general...

I believe that the BICSI Organization has a formula to calculate fill ration of conduit.
